Emma Watson has been rocking the period costume look on the set of Little Women, despite being surrounded by snow.
Once Halloween passes, you can catch us wrapping up in ridiculous amounts of layers.
However, that’s not an option for the cast of Little Women, who were spotted struggling to keep warm on their snow covered set in Harvard, Massachusetts.
We couldn’t tell you for certain, but we don’t think petticoats are the best for keeping the warm in.
Ladybird star Saoirse Ronan (Jo), The Falling’s Florence Pugh (Amy) and Sharp Objects actress Eliza Scanlen (Beth) will co-star alongside the former Harry Potter star.
Also joining the cast are the infallible Meryl Streep, who is set to play Aunt March, and heart-throb Timothée Chalamet as Laurie.
It’s been five months since the film announcement, and we’re still not over the incredible cast who will bring the festive tale to life.
And it turns out we’re not the only ones.
Speaking to Harry Styles in an interview for i-D Magazine, Timothée chatted about his admiration for the project and his co-stars.
‘Right now, I’m working on Little Women in Boston with Greta Gerwig, Saoirse Ronan and Emma Watson,’ he said.
‘And I just pinch myself that I get to be this fly on the wall for this legendary narrative.’
With Greta Gerwig, director of Ladybird, leading the project, it looks to be one of the best remakes of the story yet. And there have been A LOT of remakes.
Emma was a newer addition to the cast, replacing Emma Stone as the character of Jo back in August.
Quick-witted and fiery, Jo is a fan favourite and we reckon Emma is perfectly suited to play her.
Plus, she loves her books. Anyone else getting major Hermione vibes?
Louisa May Alcott’s classic novel has previously been adapted by the BBC and is a British Christmas staple.
Heidi Thomas, creator of Call The Midwife, led the touching period drama which aired on Boxing Day last year.
Luckily, we’ll get to sit back and watch the upcoming flick from the warmth of a cinema and leave the hard (cold) work to the professionals.
