Dear ol’ Neville Longbottom transformed into a pretty hot specimen a while back but the man simply smoulders in new pics for Bluestone 42, as Emma Watson will testify.

Matthew Lewis, who played Potter’s super clumsy and equally dorky Gryffindor roommate throughout the Harry Potter franchise, has really grown into his looks over the past few years but he’s totally unrecognisable in the third series of the beeb’s comedy drama, which follows the lives of a bomb disposal unit in Afghanistan.

Seeing Hermione Granger bursting out into the vocals of Beauty and the Beast’s Belle was always going to seem surreal.

But it seems that no one is more nervous about the transition than actress Emma Watson herself, as she opens up about her fears over breaking into song on the big screen.

The Vicar Of Dibley had a few surprise guests for its Comic Relief special.

Dawn French brought back her Vicar Of Dibley character Geraldine Granger for a Red Nose Day special, which saw her try to become a bishop.

Geraldine thought she had got the job straight away but Richard Ayoade was on hand to inform her there would be interviews.

Then other candidates started showing up, including Annette Crosbie, Maureen Lipman and Ruth Jones.

Emma Watson made her appearance as the youngest candidate, who praised the other ‘haggard older women’ for fighting the good fight.

Lads’ mags love a ‘world’s hottest women’ list. The annual pull-out of celeb ladies and models in their skimpies is an industry stalwart.

But, this year, AskMen has broken ranks and taken a feminist approach with its ‘Top 99 Outstanding Women’ list for 2015.

Rather than celebrating women purely on their appearance, it’s a list promoting some pretty inspiring women and their achievements.

Publisher James Bassil said of the change in emphasis: ‘This year’s list is not only a reflection of a shift in the media, but also a shift in modern male thinking.’

Sir Ian McKellen has just turned what is set to be an amazing film into a movie of epic proportions.

The legendary thespian has been cast alongside Emma Watson and Dan Stevens in the live-action remake of Beauty And The Beast. Sir Ian, famous for roles in The Lord Of The Rings and X Men, is to play the Beast’s servant Cogsworth.

Cogsworth was transformed into a clock by the curse and was characteristically fussy and sarcastic. And we think Sir Ian is the perfect actor to portray him.

There is now a star studded cast confirmed for Disney’s live action remake of Beauty and the Beast and we are ridiculously excited.

Just the fact that we’d be seeing Emma Watson singing with Dan Stevens was enough to get us looking forward to the 2017 release but now Disney have thrown in the likes of Emma Thompson, Ian McKellen and Ewan McGregor among others.

This could have the potential to be the best film remake ever and, with such an amazing cast, it could do the unthinkable – it could match the quality of the original animated hit.

Fear not, Emma Watson fans – reports that the actress was the subject of a kidnapping plot are untrue.

The Harry Potter star is currently filming the live adaptation of Beauty And The Beast at Shepperton Studios, and apparently a taxi driver overheard two studio workers discussing how they could kidnap the actress, or perhaps even just rob her.

A source told The Sun: ‘There was concern about her safety.

There’s been lots of talk about sexism in Hollywood recently but Emma Watson has claimed that it’s not just men at fault but women too.

The Harry Potter star said women were just as bad at ‘discriminating’ against other women in the film industry.

In an interview with The Guardian, she said: ‘The men at the top often find it difficult to relate to a lot of the problems women face and therefore we aren’t taken very seriously.

‘Yet, women are just as guilty of discriminating against women.
